Sequencing matters. Start with clear-cut scenarios to build confidence, then systematically introduce ambiguity to develop judgment under uncertainty.

5. Process-Based Coaching

Managers coach how you decided, not just outcomes. Even correct answers with flawed reasoning become learning opportunities.

6. Pattern Recognition

Build libraries of situation categories ("client objections that signal escalation need" vs. "client venting that just needs empathy"). Pattern fluency is judgment shorthand.
