Refund and Cancellation Policy
We value your trust and aim for transparency in our refund policy:
1. **Cancellations**:
- Cancellations are not allowed once webinar access has been granted.
2. **Refunds**:
- Refunds will only be provided if the webinar is canceled by us or there are technical issues from our end.
- Refund amounts will include the base price of ₹99 plus any taxes paid during the transaction.
- Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the scheduled webinar.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days and credited to the original payment method.
- No Refunds will be issued after attending the session however, in case of exceptional situations, please send a refund request on
info@exlprs.com and we will consider your situation and the company reserves the right to decide on approving or rejecting the request the
refund. In either of the outcomes, we will revert to you on the email that you have sent us with our response and closure of the case.
